Apple suffering lawsuit from Chinese supplier-continue.

Chinese company Proview, which tries to prevent technological concern Apple to use the name of its tablet iPad in China, now carries legal battle in the U.S.. Proview filed suit in California, which accuses the technology giant that has used deception when it bought the rights to use the name, Reuters reported.

Google endangered by a lawsuit for the Safari’s scandal

Circumvention of privacy settings in Apple’s browser, might be a violation of search engine. The United States online search giant Google and other online advertising companies systematically overcome privacy settings in Apple’s Safari browser and thus have aspirations to personal data of users who have used when submitting their ads.This fact should be prohibited by the basic settings of the browser from Apple. In a letter to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) three American parliamentarians insist on a detailed investigation of the case, says Wall Street Journal. “We are familiar with the situation,” said commission spokesman to the newspaper.

The US based company Johnson Controls managed to implement a 3D technology into car dashboard. The company produce automotive interiors and electronics.

The panel is still an experimental basis. It combines multiple layers of information to generate three-dimensional interface. This creates a realistic picture of the external environment in order to drive safely and effectively. The panel is designed for large and medium-sized luxury cars.

Apple suffering lawsuit from Chinese supplier.

Chinese company Proview Electronics, manufacturer of displays, filed a new lawsuit against Apple for $ 1.6 billion. Asian companу also insist for an apology from the US technological giant that they have violated the terms of the deal for use of the word iPad, which is the hallmark of the Chinese company, says Apple Insider.

A Cupertino company initially bought the trademark from the Chinese company for 55,000 dollars, but according to the lawsuit  the deal does not include the right to use the word iPad in China.
